The flood of Young Thug leaks shows no signs of slowing down. Now, a scathing new diss track has surfaced online, reportedly titled “Closing Arguments.”
According to Kurrco, the track finds Thug taking aim at several figures tied to the YSL RICO case, including Gunna, YSL Woody (Lil Woody), Yak Gotti, Slimelife Shawty, YSL Obama, YSL Slug, and YSL DK. On the record, he brands them “rats” — marking his most direct musical response yet to the snitching allegations that have followed him for years.
Thug also uses the track to deny accusations against himself, insisting that his actions can’t be compared to the cooperation of others.
“Y’all nas pointed nas out and said they did the crime. N**a, I said he didn’t, you dig?”* he raps before launching into the diss.
Everyone Young Thug disses by name on 'CLOSING ARGUMENTS' 😳
Unsurprisingly, the leaked track has ignited fierce debate online. Some fans view it as a bold stand from Thugger, while others argue it only fuels an already messy situation.
In recent weeks, Young Thug has also faced backlash for alleged leaked jail calls in which he criticized collaborators like Lil Durk and Lil Baby, as well as more unexpected targets like Kendrick Lamar and GloRilla. Combined with mounting snitching narratives, the controversies have turned into a PR nightmare.
Still, for some fans, the music remains the deciding factor. If “Closing Arguments” holds up creatively, it may keep listeners locked in despite the drama. But with Thug’s reputation already taking heavy hits, this diss track could just as easily deepen the divide between him and his peers.
