Rumors of a breakup between Cardi B and NFL star Stefon Diggs have exploded online after fans noticed the couple unfollowed each other on Instagram shortly after Super Bowl LX.
The social-media move came in the wake of the Super Bowl LX — where Diggs’ New England Patriots suffered a 29–13 loss to the Seattle Seahawks on Feb. 8. Cardi was present at the event as part of the halftime festivities and was later spotted leaving the stadium separately.
Fans quickly connected the dots when both Cardi B and Stefon Diggs mutually unfollowed each other on Instagram shortly afterward — something they hadn’t done publicly before. Prior to the game, Cardi also drew attention for offering only a terse “good luck” message when asked about Diggs by a reporter, which some observers interpreted as a sign of distance between the two.
The pair went public with their relationship in June 2025 and welcomed their first child together, a baby boy, in November 2025. Given the relatively recent growth of their family, the unfollowing gesture — in celebrity culture — is being read as a potential sign of trouble in their relationship.
So far, neither Cardi B nor Stefon Diggs has addressed the rumors or confirmed the status of their relationship.
