Lil Durk’s ongoing case for murder for hire, and had new found update that was not the best new. In a decision recently by the judge it was denial of being able to dismiss the charges of his case. It has chosen to continue the case of the direction of it moving forward. Judge Michael Fitzgerald said, “There is just absolutely no basis for this motion. Just none. Absolutely none.” Also threats against in February against U.S. Magistrate Judge Patricia Donahue and in April against Assistant U.S. Attorney Ian Yanniello have also made it more difficult. They were ruled “inaccurate” and Lil Durk’s case will continue with the bail ruling.
It is unclear if they were truly fact checked and they did not purposely share this information in fear it would affect the actual trial. For now Lil Durk is still awaiting his fate of what will actually happen. He could even be sentenced to life in prison but his actual trial is set to start in April of this year. For now, we will have to wait for the outcome of this trial and see what will happen. For now, it seems we will just have to wait for the trial to begin.
