Will Smith is now involved in an accusation of harassment in a new case against him. A violinist whose name is Brian King Joseph, stated that a bizarre and disturbing moment took place while on the “Based on a True Story” tour. He explains that when he returned to the hotel room, in Las Vegas and Brian saw a prescription of HIV medication with a name he did not know, wipes, a beer bottle, and sexually explicit note. He also claimed there was discharge paperwork and this was back in March of 2025. He said the note said “”Brian, I’ll be back no later [sic] 5:30, just us [drawn heart],” and was signed “Stone F.” After he did disclose what happened to the hotel security and tour team, he says that he was later discharged from his spot on the tour three days later. Brian says the explained that it was “moving in a different direction.” for him.
The musician thinks that is due in part to what and speaking of the incident publicly. He states this was part of Will Smith ” grooming and priming” for sexual harassment from the time they met in 2024. Brian says, Will Smith told him, “”You and I have such a special connection, that I don’t have with anyone else.” The lawsuit is Brian says that Will Smith preyed on him and violated his trust by trying to pursue him for other sexual reasons. He stated. “The sequence of events” and “circumstances of the hotel intrusion all point to a pattern of predatory behavior rather than an isolated incident”. The lawsuit includes charges of alleged retaliation, wrongful termination, intimidation, and sexual harassment and says he also suffers from post traumatic stress and psychological damage. There has been no comment from Will Smith.
