Jada Pinkett Smith has been called to trial in a new lawsuit against her from Will Smith’s former assistant and long time close friend, Bilaal Salaam. It depicts a very angry and vicious Jada. With beginning on September 25th at a private birthday party at the Regency Calabasas Commons, in which he says they followed him to his car along with others who threatened him and said “to keep her name out of his mouth” and accusing him of leaking private information. Even throwing deadly threats and saying, “he could end up missing or catch a bullet” which frightened Salaam.
It also talks about Salaam being asked by Jada to sing an NDA, for not being able to use any of this information against Will or Jada. Also during the incident of when Will Smith slapped Chris Rock on the stage of Academy Awards for a joke made towards Jada about her recent new hairdo. He was asked about handling crisis management after the public humiliation and consequences Will faced and he declined to take part in a ““illegal, unethical, or deceptive.” Also, he claims a “smear campaign” took place after they found out he would be writing a book about that could be labeled as a “whistleblowing” novel. That is where the lawsuit comes into play about the effects of this done by what he says Jada making up lies and hurting his reputation and causing others to have a negative outlook on him, which hurt him financially and socially and mentally. There are no updates on what legal actions has taken place after the lawsuit.
