B.O.B. was a hit back in the early 2000’s with familiar hits such “Nothin on You” and “Haterz Everywhere”. The artist had a fandom during this decade. From after, we did not hear much about him. Back in April 2025, the artist was charged with sexual assault. The charges said to have taken place after a concert in San Diego, after he was on stage. The victim alleges that the artist took advantage of her when they were alone in the suite together. Even stating that his wife entered and she left immediately, when she was given the opportunity.
However, B.O.B. vigorously denies this and says he has absolutely nothing to do with it. His attorney, Leron E. Rogers commented,”Our client… categorically denies the false allegations… This filing appears to be a calculated attempt to leverage publicity and extract a financial settlement… a baseless ‘money grab’… Out of respect for the individuals involved and for the integrity of the legal process, we will have no further comment at this time.” It will still have to await the outcome of the case and if there is any truth behind the accusations.
