Ray J has resurfaced with explosive new claims about his ex Kim Kardashian and her mother Kris Jenner. During a recent livestream circulating on X (formerly Twitter), the R&B singer alleged that he’s teaming up with federal authorities to build a RICO case against the Kardashian matriarch and her daughter.
“The federal RICO I’m about to drop on Kris and Kim is about to be crazy,” Ray J declared. “I’m talking about, I’m on the news every day. I’m gonna say a lot of s**t.”
He also issued a warning to anyone affiliated with Kim:
“Anybody that is cool with Kim, they need to tell her now, the feds is coming. There’s nothing I can do about it. It’s worse than Diddy.”
What is a RICO case?
RICO stands for the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, a federal law often used in cases against organized crime and large-scale conspiracies. However, at this time, Ray J has provided no evidence to back up his allegations — and no federal investigation into the Kardashians has been confirmed.
Ray J’s history of calling out the Kardashians
This isn’t the first time Ray J has implied the Kardashians may have secrets. Back in May, during TMZ Presents: United States v. Sean Combs, he commented:
“If you told me that the Kardashians were being charged for racketeering, I might believe it.”
While his latest claims have not been substantiated, they add another chapter to his ongoing feud with the Kardashian empire. Whether this turns into a legitimate legal battle or remains internet chatter, Ray J has once again put Kim and Kris at the center of controversy.
