The love triangle drama between Cardi B, Offset, and Stefon Diggs spilled into social media on Sunday night during Diggs’ NFL debut with the New England Patriots.
Following the team’s Week 1 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders, Offset appeared to shade his ex’s new boyfriend on Instagram. He posted “Trash” with a laughing emoji, seemingly aimed at Diggs’ stat line: six receptions for 57 yards and no touchdowns.
Meanwhile, Cardi had nothing but encouragement for her man. She shared a video of Diggs hauling in a pass from rookie QB Drake Maye, writing: “Come on Eight!!!!!”
Fans were quick to call out Offset’s pettiness when LiveBitez reposted the two clips. One comment read: “Stefon got the love of your life, more solid career, more money, more handsome. And u think a comment about his first game after coming off a major ACL injury is going to bother him?” Another added: “So when are y’all going to finally admit that he is super corny for this continuous behavior. My God, sign those divorce papers and move on.”
Cardi B confirmed her relationship with Diggs back in June after months of speculation. The Bronx superstar filed for divorce from Offset in summer 2024, ending years of ups and downs. Speaking to Billboard recently, she opened up about dating again: “It was very tough, but it is what it is. It’s tough hiding. It’s tough dating in your 30s, too, but I like him. I love him, today.”
As for Cardi, she’s also gearing up for her biggest career moment yet — the release of her long-awaited sophomore album Am I The Drama? on September 19, over seven years after Invasion of Privacy.
