Logic stopped his show at Red Rocks Amphitheatre this weekend to rip into a fan for texting during his set — and the viral clip has sparked major debate online.
Logic calls out the fan mid-performance
Midway through his performance, the Maryland rapper noticed someone in the front row glued to their phone instead of watching the show. Logic immediately paused the music and addressed the fan directly in front of thousands of people.
“Motherfer, are you on your phone texting as I am giving my all? Get this motherfer out of here!” he shouted.
As security moved toward the fan, Logic cooled off slightly — then mocked the situation.
“Don’t boo him. Don’t boo him. Who are you texting? Your lady? Okay… He said, ‘My bad.’ It’s all good. It’s your girl. Do you love her?”
After the fan confirmed, Logic replied:
“Alright, I feel that. You think you can do me a favor and pay attention in the f**ing front seat and not be on your phone for a second? Let’s try this one more time.”*
He then restarted the performance, telling the crowd:
“Let me show you how hard it is to do what I’m doing.”

The viral moment blew up across social media, with reactions split between support and criticism.

Logic’s recent work
The outburst comes as Logic continues to roll out singles for his 2025 project SideQuest, which includes the tracks “Witness” and “NOBODY SAFE.” While fans have been waiting for an official release date, Logic hinted in September that he may have scrapped the album plans altogether via Discord.
