Jay Z is very pleased with the outcome of an ongoing suspicion. The trial is now left and finalized came to a decision that determined that he is not the paternal father of Rymir Satterthwaite and his legal guardian, Lillie Coley. This has been an ongoing issue and is finally at a close that has been an issue for many years. Rymir has stated before that it was about answering the question of who his father is. He states, “ I truly wish to bring this issue to a close. My priority is not financial gain; I am simply seeking the truth.” That was back in 2024 and shortly after in July he did stop the lawsuit but said “Although I have retracted my legal action, the fight is far from over.” It continued when Lillie Cooley made her own lawsuit where she claimed that Jay Z was not cooperating with DNA testing and accepting no parental responsibility and also tampering of the case from New Jersey attorney general and that was later dismissed as well.
In a final ruling from the court, it closed the case and will not allow it to be opened again. As well, a statement from the court said “ The Court has carefully examined the Motion and determined it is suitable for adjudication without oral argument. The Motion is GRANTED, and the Complaint is DISMISSED without leave to amend.“ Now Lillie Coley will owe Jay Z by paying 119,235.45 in legal fees under California’s anti-SLAPP statute, which is designed to protect defendants from baseless or retaliatory lawsuits. Jay Z’s attorney were also very pleased with the outcome of it as they said, “ The fabricated allegations have been systematically addressed and rejected in multiple jurisdictions. The plaintiff’s persistent harassment of the defendant and blatant disregard for court orders have already subjected him to a contempt order.” Now Jay Z can move on and be rid of these claims.
