GloRilla isn’t letting Young Thug’s alleged shade slide.
This week, leaked audio clips surfaced online allegedly capturing Thug dissing the Memphis rapper, mocking her looks and saying he’d never pursue her. In the clip, he reportedly called her “ugly” while making fun of her wig, head, and build.
It’s the latest in a string of controversial call leaks tied to Thug, which have also included digs at Migos, Gucci Mane, Kendrick Lamar, Gunna, and Quality Control CEO Pierre “P” Thomas. Combined with resurfaced interrogation footage fueling “snitching” rumors, the leaks have kept Thug under nonstop scrutiny.
GloRilla, however, seemed to fire back on Twitter without naming him directly:
Fans immediately linked the tweet to Thug’s alleged comments, interpreting it as a subtle but sharp clapback.
The timing of her response also comes just as she and NBA star Brandon Ingram went Instagram-official, further solidifying her success both personally and professionally.
Meanwhile, Thug’s leaked remarks haven’t stopped raising eyebrows, especially as they also included unexpected shade at Lil Durk and his OTF camp. When OTF affiliate Mr. 300 accused Thug of gossiping, the rapper shot back online, hinting at Durk’s ongoing federal case:
“All yall new junkies in OTF, just know I’m the one [who] sent Brian Steel to help him on my dime.”
With so many leaks hitting the internet in rapid fire, fans are still waiting to see if Thug — or his team — will officially address the mounting controversy.
For now, GloRilla seems unbothered, choosing to clap back with humor while continuing to thrive in her career and her new romance.
