Gervonta Davis is a wanted man in connection with assault charges. In Miami there is a warrant for his arrest referring to a domestic violence lawsuit filed. His former girlfriend, Courtney Rossel said she endured abuse during their relationship. The charges included, battery, aggravated battery, false imprisonment, kidnapping, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. A warrant for Gervonta Davis’ arrest on charges of “false imprisonment, battery, and attempted kidnapping.” From the footage they obtained they have seen the abuse and she also says that Gervonta has choked her, threatened her life, and assaulted her in both private and public settings and the most recent one happening on December 27th.
Gervonta Davis is in a bit of jam and Courtney Rossel has said he hit her on the head and seen if other statements being brought up. As well, this has affected his already successful boxing career. It already has ruined future projects for the boxer. A match that was set with Jake Paul in December is now canceled. It is an ongoing investigation with the case.
