This week P. Diddy was granted the approval from the judge for his appeal and to be able to expedite the sentencing, so it could not be drawn out. The update was one a positive in the case, for him. Now another new assertion towards Sean Combs from former executive Kirk Burrowes of BadBoy Records accusing the label and Sean Combs that he was not given his stake of ownership of 25% and additional 15% of profits made from 1990’s music too.
The lawsuit goes on to include blame to Janice Combs, P. Diddy’s mother who Burrowes claims was well aware of what was happening in terms of the finances and not being given his rightful part in the company and they did indeed con him out of his portion. However, Janice stands by her innocence and states that she had absolutely no part in what happened and had no participation or stakes or in the transactions that took place. We will have to await the results of the case.
