Diddy is currently serving a 50-month federal sentence after being convicted of violating the Mann Act. His release date was recently updated from May 8, 2028 to June 4, 2028, though officials have not provided an explanation for the change.
He was transferred from MDC Brooklyn to Fort Dix in late October — a move that placed him in a lower-security environment but also brought more public exposure.
