Blueface just caught a small win in court — but it comes with strings attached. The “Thotiana” rapper has officially had his Las Vegas Strip ban lifted, nearly two years after being prohibited from entering the area following a 2022 shooting incident.
According to 8 News Now, Clark County District Court Judge Kathleen Delaney ruled on Tuesday to lift the restriction, which had been in place since late 2022. The ban originally barred Blueface from the Las Vegas Strip and downtown areas for three years.
The case stems from a shooting outside a now-defunct strip club in October 2022, which left one man injured. Blueface initially faced a 2–5-year prison sentence after being charged with attempted murder, but later struck a plea deal to lessen the charges.
Under the agreement, Blueface pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor battery charge and a felony count of discharging a firearm at or into an occupied structure.
While the new ruling gives him freedom to return to the Strip, there’s a catch — Blueface still remains behind bars in California for a separate case, and the lifted ban doesn’t change his current incarceration status.
The legal victory marks another chapter in Blueface’s turbulent run-ins with the law. Still, it’s a sign that his Las Vegas situation may finally be winding down — even if he won’t be walking the Strip anytime soon.
