Streamer Adin Ross is making wild claims about how Megan Thee Stallion’s legal team tried to serve him.
During a recent Kick livestream with DJ Akademiks, Ross alleged that lawyers connected to Megan and Roc Nation hired a mariachi band to show up at his home in an attempt to get him outside so they could serve him a deposition.
“At first I thought it was just a prank from viewers,” Ross said, explaining that his security team later informed him it was legit. He even shared a short clip of what he claimed was security footage of the incident.
Ross clarified that the subpoena is tied to the ongoing legal fallout from the Tory Lanez case. Akademiks, who also received a subpoena, emphasized on stream that neither of them is being sued. Ross joked that he may even try to livestream his deposition on Kick if possible.
So far, there’s been no official documentation confirming Ross’ mariachi story, and fans are divided. Some online believe it’s another one of his exaggerated antics, while others accuse Roc Nation of going to extremes.
Ross has long been a vocal supporter of Lanez, who is serving a 10-year prison sentence for shooting Megan Thee Stallion in 2020. In January, Ross doubled down on his stance, demanding Megan “show the injury” and accusing her of lying “in 4K.”
The streamer’s name surfaced as Megan’s lawyers continue building their case against YouTube blogger Milagro Cooper (MilagroGramz) for defamation. Akademiks already gave his deposition, where he branded Megan a “liar.”
Whether true or not, Ross’ mariachi subpoena claim has only added another bizarre twist to the long-running drama between Megan, Tory Lanez, and the online commentators who’ve taken sides.
