P. Diddy has undergone alot of judgement and persecution that is rightful for his crime. After being charged and sentenced until a release date of May 2028. Lately, P. Diddy has have complications for his incarceration, delaying his release date to June 4. He has been found with honemade liquor and also making calls without permission. With P.Diddy already having complications during his time in jail, it does not help he has found himself in another charge.
P. Diddy has a sexual battery charge from five years ago it has opened up the case again. He is accused of inviting a male publicist to a photo shoot and then masturbating in front of him while watching pornography. He also states that P. Diddy ordered two men to forcibly kidnap him and bring him to him to scream at him as a snitch. However, P. Diddy and his legal team claim innocence and his attorney, Jonathan Davis had this to say, “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has repeatedly stated for over a year now, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a media circus,” he said, adding that Diddy, “categorically denies as false and defamatory all claims that he sexually abused anyone. He looks forward to vindicating himself in court, where such matters are decided — and not in the media — based on admissible, material evidence, not rank speculation and unsubstantiated allegations.”
