Venus Williams was married to Andrea Preti with having two ceremonies. The first ceremony was held in Ischia, Italy on September 18th and the second one in Palm Beach, Florida. Venus commented, “We had this dream to do our wedding in Italy, but we didn’t have enough time to do the paperwork — because I’m a foreigner, it can take about eight months. So we decided to have a second wedding,” She wanted to perform the ceremony in Florida to show her childhood and to also have all her family and friends with her. She went on to say about the wedding, “They always say weddings go so fast, and they do, We were singing, dancing, gossiping, and just enjoying each other”.
The two were married on December 19th in the courthouse. Andrea Peti commented, “For me, the courthouse ceremony was very unique, emotional, and deep. It was the second-best day of my life.” Mostly, being private them sharing this moment with the world showed their final mark in their courtship. The ceremony included music, and a reception that had a after party in Hobe Sound, Florida.
