Lil Uzi Vert & Roc Nation Hit With Lawsuit Alleging Sexual Harassment and Labor Violations

Lil Uzi Vert and Roc Nation are facing serious allegations from a woman identified as Jane Doe, who claims to be the rapper’s former personal assistant. In a new Los Angeles County lawsuit, Doe accuses the Eternal Atake artist of sexual harassment, workplace misconduct, and labor law violations, while alleging Roc Nation executives ignored her repeated complaints.

According to The Neighborhood Talk, the lawsuit names UziVert LLC and seeks damages for emotional distress and unpaid wages. Doe says she worked for Lil Uzi Vert between 2022 and 2025, enduring grueling hours and harassment throughout her employment.

The alleged assistant claims she often worked shifts ranging from 12 to 39 hours straight, covering her own travel, food, and work-related expenses without reimbursement. She also alleges she was denied overtime pay, suffered burnout, and was later asked to perform additional duties for Uzi’s partner, JT of City Girls, without proper compensation.

Doe claims she quit in April 2025 after years of mistreatment and escalating harassment. She alleges that Lil Uzi Vert sent her multiple inappropriate messages and made sexual advances, turning verbally abusive when rejected.

Among the alleged messages cited in the lawsuit are:

“Let me see that booty.”
“I don’t like sleeping by myself.”
“Come rub me down before you leave.”
“No Black rapper would be able to tell a white girl stop being soft. Well today I am.”

The filing further claims that Uzi’s alleged drug use contributed to erratic and abusive behavior, making the work environment intolerable. Doe also alleges that when she brought her concerns to Roc Nation, the company failed to intervene or investigate.

As of now, neither Lil Uzi Vert, JT, nor Roc Nation has publicly commented on the lawsuit.

This marks another legal challenge for the Philadelphia-born rapper, who has faced a string of controversies throughout his career, though none previously of this nature. The outcome of the case could have significant implications for both Uzi and Roc Nation if the allegations are proven true.
