Kanye West has reentered the limelight with some performances that he is doing. The shows are set in Mexico City for January 30th and 31st. It is his first time back in seventeen years and with the two shows already an estimated 74,000 patrons are set to attend at Plaza de los Toros. It has passed its previous highest tally with almost 43,000 people for the Roger Federer and Alexander Zverev exhibition match. He still has tickets available for his second show, so it will only possibly grow.
Kanye had done a show at Shanghai Stadium with 70,000 concertgoers and the ceo of 515 entertainment, Andres Charvel, said ““The response has been extraordinary. Breaking the venue’s historic record demonstrates the powerful connection audiences have with such an iconic figure, and the demand shows that fans have been waiting for this moment for a long time. Together with the venue, our production team, and the artist’s team, we are working to execute something the world has never seen before.” After his show in Brazil was canceled back on November 29, for his blatant disrespectful comments and anti-semitism and Nazi support, they officially banned him. This shows a growing presence for him and is set to be one of his greatest live shows to date.
