Cam’ron Removes Adrien Broner From It Is What It Is After Inappropriate Comments Toward Stat Baby

Cam’ron wasn’t playing when Adrien Broner crossed the line on It Is What It Is. During a recent episode, the Harlem rapper abruptly ended his interview with the boxer after Broner made a series of inappropriate remarks toward co-host Treasure “Stat Baby” Wilson.

What Happened On Set

Clips circulating on social media show Broner starting off by telling Stat Baby she looks “good in person.” He followed up with, “I love you. I’m sorry. My bad y’all,” before continuing with more questionable comments.

Cam’ron quickly stepped in, signaling for Broner to cut it out and trying to pivot the conversation back to football. But when the boxer didn’t take the hint, Cam made the decision to shut it down entirely.

“We gonna have to actually let you go. I’m gonna pay you for your time, for being here. I appreciate you. You know I love you my n***a,” Cam said. As Broner tried to apologize, Cam doubled down: “I asked you the first time. I don’t have no problems with you, but I’ma pay you for your time. But, you can’t violate bro.”

From there, Cam pulled out cash, handed it to Broner, and had him escorted off the set.

Fans Applaud Cam’ron’s Leadership

The move sparked a wave of reactions online, with many praising Cam’ron for swiftly protecting his co-host and keeping the show professional. “This is why It Is What It Is is winning — Cam don’t let nobody disrespect the team,” one fan commented. Another added, “Handled it like a boss. Paid him, no beef, just set the boundary.”

More Drama For Cam’ron

This isn’t the only headline Cam’ron’s made recently. He also traded shots with Dame Dash on social media after Dame joked about Cam working with 50 Cent on a revival of the classic Paid In Full.

“I want to congratulate him for making 50 his new boss,” Dame wrote on Instagram. “So congratulations Cam, 50 is now your new boss, and you’re proud of it.”

Cam fired back, calling Dame “chatty” and reminding him that he lost the rights to Paid In Full during bankruptcy. “Tagging me every post… this the most action u got in ya channel EVER. You welcome.”

What’s Next For It Is What It Is

Despite the drama, It Is What It Is continues to thrive as one of the hottest sports talk shows, with Cam’ron, Ma$e, and Stat Baby at the helm. The Broner situation shows that while the show is unfiltered, there are still clear lines that can’t be crossed.
