Birdman Blasts Turk At Cash Money & No Limit “Verzuz” Amid Tour Drama

The Cash Money and No Limit Verzuz at ComplexCon turned into more than just a nostalgic celebration — it became another chapter in Birdman and Turk’s long-brewing tension. While fans were already buzzing about Lil Wayne’s absence, Birdman’s onstage remarks directed at his former Hot Boys groupmate quickly became the night’s biggest talking point.

During his time on stage, Birdman took a moment to reflect on his early days with the Hot Boys, giving shoutouts to B.G., Lil Wayne, and Juvenile — before turning his attention to Turk. “Shout out to Turk, you little b*h. You ain’t here, but fk you,” Birdman said, as captured by Ahmed/The Ears on X (formerly Twitter). “We gon’ fk with you when we gon’ fk with you. You heard me? But that’s another movie.”

The jab immediately reignited speculation about lingering resentment between the two rappers. Turk, who filed legal action earlier this year over issues tied to Cash Money’s 30th anniversary reunion tour, appeared to respond later that night during an Instagram Live. “I’ma keep it all the way real, though,” he said. “I think No Limit tore they a** up without Wayne there.”

While Turk’s lawsuit reportedly targets the tour promoters and booking agents — not Birdman or the other Hot Boys directly — fans couldn’t help but connect the dots. Juvenile previously expressed sympathy for Turk’s frustration, suggesting that the group’s internal issues may not be as resolved as fans hoped.

Adding to the night’s drama, Birdman’s longtime on-again, off-again partner Toni Braxton was absent, while her sister Tamar Braxton attended. Tamar’s interactions with the New Orleans mogul sparked further online chatter, as fans dissected their dynamic and speculated about lingering family tension.

Despite the heated moments, the Verzuz event still delivered a powerful dose of nostalgia for Southern hip-hop fans. Whether or not Birdman and Turk can mend fences remains to be seen, but one thing’s certain — the Cash Money legacy continues to be as fiery as ever.
