Big U Seeks Temporary Jail Release To Attend Son Funeral

The passing recent of Big U, or better known as Eugene Henley, a prominent music figure of whom his son was murdered came as a huge upset in his world. When on Friday, October 31st his son, Jabari Henley who was shot at close range, with no explanation. It was then that many speculated it was gang related or begrudgingly from a a feud on the streets. With still no break in the case, it still ongoing investigation. Big U is still awating answers on what exactly happened.

Eugene Henley is still serving a sentence of him being charged with forty three counts of charges of human trafficking, racketeering, fraud and extortion. He is currently serving time in Metropolitan Detention Center in downtown L.A. He is still awaiting his sentencing, which could be life sentence. However, despite awaiting the trial date, he is still asking for a temporary release to be able to attend the funeral. It is to be finalized on Novemeber 17th if they will allow this under the difficult circumstances.
