ASAP Rocky has a $1.1 million lawsuit against him for damages on his Manhattan condo from Chez Ni LLC. The charges that were given in Supreme Court were against ASAP Rocky and the contracting firm, ADE Pro Painting of carelessness. Claiming the apartment near his condo of 5N is unlivable due to flooding. It comes after their were multiple pipe bursts and the actions that led to this were that of maintenance work being done on the heating system and leaving the windows open during cold temperatures.
As well, from the valves closed and with the water that was frozen when thawed, and there being no return valves, which caused the flooding. Ruining many of the condos around ASAP Rocky’s residency. Repairs still ongoing for almost a year, it still continues to be irreparable harm that still have to be fixed. This adds to the list of legal problems such as of him being involved in firearm assault case, accused of shooting ASAP Relli, back in February which he was found not guilty. Also back in 2019, he received an assault conviction in Sweden that gave him a conditional sentence.
