Akon had a long era of musical hits that many rememberd and loved. From the early 2000’s was truly his era but for quite some time nobody has heard anything about the artist. Just this past Friday, he had been arrested in Georgia from an outstanding warrant he had in Roswell. Details have not been disclosed about the charges against him. Akon was held at the Dekalb County Jail for six hours and then let out.
Akon has now returned to performing, in the shows of his “Superfan Tour” that is now taking place. His most recent one is in India, in the upcoming week and one set for next year in January in Vegas. From his last performance being in 2024 in Singapore and Malaysia. With him continuing to do his touring, this was hiccup he did not need. Be able to resume his usual affairs as his tour continues.
