Pooh Shiesty, who is a well known rapper is now stating that he is not in prison. He is still serving home confinement and he is reporting to a halfway house in Dallas. This is after in 2020 he was apart of sneaker deal that went wrong and he had a gun, in the shooting. The charge was conspiracy to possess a firearm in furtherance of violent and drug-trafficking crimes and he was charged with five years and just released in 2025. Rumors started of his release when his friend, Bendadon was on a livestream and over a phone conversation, they thought he had gone back to jail.
Pooh Shiesty is still under a house arrest and awaiting his release. This is said to be in April where he will have his freedom. After the gossip of him being back in jail is now cleared up it will only be a few months until the artist is released. Perhaps with some new music on the way.
