Celina Powell is yet again releasing new stories about another star. In her story, she claims that on his “finsta” or fake instagram account, that Ja Morant, who is a basketball player for the Memphis Grizzlies. DJ Akademiks talked about it when Celina Powell let him see the instagram account and saw the guns he posed with. This is not the first time he has had trouble with this, as in March of 2023 where he flashed a gun while at strip club on Instagram Live resulting in an eight game suspension. While later again months later Ja Morant was seen again holding another gun and had a 25 game suspension.
Ja Morant said the incidents enlightened him and made him understand his action about himself. He said, ” In the end, I feel like it made me better, I feel like I learned some stuff about myself that I did during that process. Very eye-opening. It kind of gave me a new look on life. How I go about my days. How I carry myself.” However DJ Akademiks is saying that he was seen with a gun before and says, ” “She showed me Ja Morant’s finsta. Ja Morant had a gun all up on his finsta, I swear. This is before he got suspended, and I remember saying, ‘What the f*ck?'”. He continued speaking on it, saying “Obviously, he probably stopped because of the NBA, But this is this private network where I guess even rappers feel the need to not have a picture-perfect image and want to be able to showcase sh*t.” However many are not convinced that Ja Morant is a changed man after the consequences. Some of the dancers at the strip club saying, “I don’t foresee an apology [anytime] soon,” and another commenting, ““He’s clearly begging for attention and trying to be a baller, He should be banned from all clubs and get his NBA career taken away given our country’s current circumstances on gun violence.” Only time will tell if it really has changed him and he can stop his bad habits from getting him into trouble.
