Chadwick Boseman is most popularly known for playing the “Black Panther” about the self made hero who is out to save his beloved kingdom and people in Wakanda. With rave reviews, and the movie winning three academy awards and two screen actor guild awards. It is no surprise as to why so many took the passing of the artist as such a huge surprise and loss in the acting world. He was a rising star and his death came so suddenly.
Chadwick Boseman had been silently battling colon cancer of a stage three and then raising to stage four. He was first received the diagnosis in 2016 and pushed through still working on his career and completing projects. He passed away on August 28,2020 at only forty three years old. He was also featured in the film “42” and “Marshall” having good reviews and winning awards to applaud and show appreciation for his acting. Before he had passed away he was working on project such as “Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom” and “Da 5 Bloods”, while also completing his voiceover for the animated series from Marvel, “What If?”.
Now Chadwick Boseman will be receiving one of the greatest achievements for an artist. To receive this is to show and commemorate all the work and acting that has been exemplified and will be celebrated for years to come. He will receive the star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in the Motion Pictures category on November 20th of this year and the ceremony to take place at the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce will be live streamed as well.
