6ix9ine Claims He Asked Diddy Why He Never Got Invited to a “Freak Off” While They Were in Jail Together

In a story only 6ix9ine could tell, the rapper says he confronted Sean “Diddy” Combs about why he was never invited to one of his infamous “freak off” parties — and it all happened behind bars.

During a new sit-down with DJ Vlad, the Brooklyn-born artist claimed that he and Diddy ended up sharing a jail housing unit at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, alongside FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried and former Honduran president Juan Orlando Hernández.

“We slept next to each other,” 6ix9ine said, describing the surreal experience of being locked up with some of the most high-profile figures in recent memory.

According to the rapper, when he first met Diddy, the Bad Boy mogul broke the ice by laughing and saying,

“Yo, that’s crazy how we meet, right?”

That’s when 6ix9ine decided to ask the question that’s now going viral:

“I said, ‘Yo, why you never invited me to any of your parties?’”

When DJ Vlad pressed him on whether he meant Diddy’s alleged “freak offs,” 6ix9ine confirmed,

“Yeah, I’m like, ‘Yo, why you ain’t invite me?’”

High-Profile Cellmates

The New York Daily News reported in November 2024 that 6ix9ine, Diddy, and Bankman-Fried were indeed placed in the same housing unit at MDC Brooklyn. According to 6ix9ine’s lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, the rapper had been moved there after initially being held in solitary confinement for his safety while serving a one-month sentence for violating supervised release.

“He was transferred to that same unit that P. Diddy is in,” Lazzaro told the outlet. “How they’re getting along, I have no information as to that.”

The facility has become infamous for housing several high-profile inmates, including Martin Shkreli, Ghislaine Maxwell, and Fetty Wap.

Earlier this year, Sam Bankman-Fried also spoke publicly about sharing space with Diddy during an interview with Tucker Carlson, describing the music mogul as “kind to people in the unit” and “kind to me.”

“It’s also a position no one wants to be in,” Bankman-Fried added.

Diddy’s Legal Troubles Continue

Diddy’s presence at MDC Brooklyn stems from his ongoing federal sex trafficking and racketeering investigation, which has led to multiple arrests and a long list of disturbing allegations. The mogul has continued to deny all wrongdoing, calling the charges a “smear campaign.”

6ix9ine’s revelation about their brief jail encounter has since lit up social media, with fans both mocking and marveling at the bizarre intersection of hip-hop, crypto, and political scandal inside one prison unit.

For his part, 6ix9ine seemed to take it all in stride — even finding a way to turn a surreal jailhouse coincidence into yet another viral headline.
