During a recent Vlad TV interview, the controversial rapper cracked a joke about marrying Latto to help her longtime boyfriend, 21 Savage, secure a green card. The moment came during a round of “F*ck, Marry, Kill,” where host DJ Vlad asked him to choose between Megan Thee Stallion, Latto, and Ice Spice.
“I’m definitely marrying Latto,” 6ix9ine said with a grin. “I’ma marry Latto so she could give a green card to her husband.”
He then doubled down on the shock factor, adding: “And I’m fcking Ice Spice in the butt. Straight up. Because she be losing weight too much, sht’s crazy.”
As for who he’d “kill” in the hypothetical game, the rapper quickly chose Megan Thee Stallion — in a move that sparked immediate backlash online. “Killing that btch,” he said. “I’m fcking shooting her with a horse tranquillizer.” He justified the comment by saying, “because free Tory [Lanez],” referring to the rapper currently serving time for shooting Megan in 2020.
The joke about 21 Savage’s citizenship is a callback to his 2019 arrest by ICE agents, which revealed he was born in the U.K. and had overstayed his visa. Savage later resolved his immigration issues, confirming in 2023 that he is now a lawful permanent resident of the United States.
Meanwhile, Latto and 21 Savage’s relationship has long been the subject of speculation. Though the two kept things private for years, Latto confirmed the romance in September during an interview with TMZ, casually referring to 21 as her “husband.” Around that same time, pregnancy rumors began circulating after fans thought she appeared to have a baby bump in vacation photos.
