French Montana had every reason to celebrate earlier today as many of his previous records have leveled up to Gold and Platinum according to RIAA. Both his hit records "Pop That" feat. Rick Ross, Drake, and Lil Wayne are officially 4x Platinum while "Unforgettable" featuring Swae Lee is 12x Platinum!
The rapper took to his Instagram account early Tuesday to announce the great news and share some words of encouragement. Montana also mentioned that "Unforgettable" is the most streamed record that ever came out of New York. That's a huge accomplishment for both himself and musician Swae Lee. The two collaborated in April of 2017 to bring the track to life and years later they've made history and will likely continue to do so. To date, the music video has surpassed 1 billion views. In addition, to the two tracks mentioned Montana received Gold and Platinum status plaques for songs, "Off the Rip", "A Lie" featuring The Weeknd, "Moses" featuring Chris Brown and Migos, "Wiggle It" feat. City Girls., Stay Schemin feat. Drake and Rick Ross, and lastly Montana the album.
